Nexgen were seriously sent by God! Thank you so much for the superb job. Great customer service: Shannon went above and beyond dealing with the insurance company personally on my behalf to increase the settlement. Then sent his crew out to provide a fantastic job. My roof was removed and installed in 1 day with no issues. My yard was cleaner when they left and all patio furniture was in place. This wasn’t just a job, it was an experience!
Nexgen Roofing Systems is an organization you can rely on! This was my first experience working with a roofing company after hail damage, and the service is amazing. They were responsive, patient, and respectful throughout the entirety of the process. Shannon and his team provide top-tier customer service and I’m grateful to have worked with them. What an incredible job on my roof replacement. Shannon met the adjuster from my insurance company at my house. At first he said my claim was denied. Shannon politely and professionally got the adjuster back on my roof. When they came down, the adjuster told me, “You picked the right contractor,” and approved my claim. All I can say is, WOW!
Love the work they did!!! Shannon, the owner, made us feel like we were family. He helped me through the entire process with my insurance company, and it was a long process. He met with the insurance adjuster and made sure he saw the damages to my roof from the previous storm so they didn’t miss anything. I would recommend this company 100%. My roof looks beautiful, best in my neighborhood.
