Leak tracing
We work from the attic and the roof surface to follow the water path and confirm where it’s getting in before we quote a fix.
Leaks · Shingles · Flashing
A stained ceiling or a few missing shingles doesn’t automatically mean a new roof. We find the source of the problem, show you photos of what we found, and fix what actually needs fixing.
When to call
Most roof problems start small. Catching them early usually means a smaller, less expensive fix and less damage inside the house.
Please don’t climb onto the roof to check. Look from the ground with binoculars, take photos from inside, and let us handle the roof itself.
What we repair
Every repair starts with finding the real source. Water often travels along the decking before it shows up on a ceiling, so the stain is rarely right under the hole.
We work from the attic and the roof surface to follow the water path and confirm where it’s getting in before we quote a fix.
Missing, creased or cracked shingles are replaced and sealed so the surrounding courses lie flat and shed water again.
Metal flashing at walls and chimneys, roof vents and cracked pipe boots are some of the most common leak points we see.
Some problems can’t be priced until someone is on the roof, such as soft decking under the shingles or hidden water damage. We’ll show you photos and explain any change before doing extra work.
Honest advice
Deductibles run high in Texas, and in many cases a roof can be repaired for far less than a deductible. We’ll tell you plainly which way makes sense, with photos to back it up.
How it works
Call (817) 808-8026 or send the form. Photos of ceiling stains or missing shingles help us prepare.
We inspect the roof and document the problem with 4K photos for your review, so you can see exactly what we see.
You get our honest take: repair, replace or leave it alone. If storm damage is involved, we’ll talk about whether an insurance claim makes sense.
We make the repair, clean up debris and nails, and show you the finished work.
Roof repair questions
Yes. When damage is limited to one area or one detail, like a flashing joint or a cracked pipe boot, we repair that area and leave the rest of the roof alone.
We’ll look for the closest available match. Weathering and discontinued colors can make an exact match impossible, and we’ll tell you before the work starts if that’s the case.
It depends on the cause and your deductible. Many repairs cost less than a typical Texas deductible, so a claim may not help. If a storm caused widespread damage, see our insurance claim help page.
